- FUYU means "winter" perhaps suggesting the warming character of this malt. Floral and youthful with citrus fruits and spicy notes: the palate is generous with replaying tree fruit and pressed florals, accompanied by rich dried fruit. An incredible dram that finishes long and full-flavoured with a wisp of smoke.
